I have over fifteen years experience in this and general handyman services. Im fully insured always give free estimates and never ask for payment until job is completed unless materials are needed. If I say I'm going to be there I will be there.

General handyman things, light electrical, landscaping, painting, plumbing and pretty much anything else. I also know my limits, so if there is something I am not 100% certain I can do up to standards then I will be honest. Cost is always negotiable with me.

Concrete areas have to be re-done by another company because it has cracked within days to weeks of it being placed. Concrete splashed on retaining wall which was never removed/cleaned by Andres. Paint on fencing chips away easily. He said he would remove the splashed concrete off the wall but never returned to finish the job. As I stated earlier, I have to pay $3K+ to have the concrete done again. Haven't gone through an entire rain season so still don't know how the drainage system works or not. Would never hire him again."
