Description of Work: My pool pump had low pressure and after two seasons and many hours, I could not figure out the problem. Nick figured it out in thirty minutes. My pool hasn't worked this good in years. He's personable, answers questions, and respected my need to keep costs down.

Description of Work: First of all, Liz handles all the logistics. Every time we communicated she was professional, punctual and courteous... Outstanding!! | |When Nick showed up the first time to give me an estimate, he did a really thorough job explaining what was wrong and solutions to the problem it wouldn't break the bank. | |On the day of the spa repair, Nick was punctual. There were a number of issues to repair; including replacing the pump, electrical work, and fixing the shorted out light. | |He was able to use a combination of new and refurbished parts - saving me loads of cash. | |When he finished up the job, he should be how everything worked and I was surprised to see that he did a few extra things at no extra charge over the estimate.-including sprucing up many of the pipes with a fresh coat of paint. | |I would absolutely call Liz and Nick again at Advanced Pool and Spa if I ever needed my in ground spa worked on. I highly recommend them.

I asked for Friday service and they have sent a very respectful, responsible, professional representative every Friday morning since we started with them in Feb 2010. It's been so wonderful to have our pool and spa sparkling clean for the weekend!!!
Description of Work: Came out on the date I requested, and have been performing weekly maintenance ever since. Very professional!!! We are very happy with the service we have been receiving since Feb 2010.

+ -1 moreWe have all equipment cleaning done by Advanced Pool and they know the equipment. We have had lights and the casings replaced and the bill was fair. They are just extremely nice to work with!
Description of Work: Nick and his entire team are quite a find! They do terrific work, are so nice and really take the time to explain all workings of our pool. We have had 4 different pool companies over the past 30 years and there is no comparison. We have weekly service on a very large pool and our rate is quite fair. I highly recommend Advanced Pool and Spa Services.
