"Good morning -Most of this review is incorrect. But sometimes things just don't work out. We started with a pool that was in horrible condition in which you could not see the bottom. We are closed Saturday and Sunday but went into the office last Saturday to set up the service for the following week because you were so worried about the pool and your visitors. We had someone there on Monday to clean the filter, change grids and replace the tank o'ring as well as start the clean up process ( which I explained on several calls would take days and to please be patient ) and then Wednesday. After the Wednesday visit you called me upset about the service and that our tech had told you there was an issue with the pump that would need to be resolved and something was not cleaned out with large amounts of fiberglass that is coming off the pool walls in it. Our tech went back again shortly after your call and showed you everything you had said you were unhappy with. Minutes after he left you called me to apologize for your confusion. You said the tech was correct and you would call your insurance company! Your insurance company came out the following day and replaced parts per your email. You emailed me on Thursday evening about 7pm requesting someone be there Friday morning to clean the filter. I couldn't get someone there ( late on Thursday I called several techs and sadly they were all to busy on Friday ) but I was able to get someone there Saturday. You said that was not ok and would find someone else. I was happy you were able to find someone to come Friday due to your timeline with visitors! I received and email after the other company came out with several issue you felt were not handled correctly. We just feel that you were more happy with the company who came to clean the filter on Friday and felt it might be a better fit. Again we are truly sorry the relationship did not work out. We went above and beyond to try and help you in a time of need due to visitors coming to your home. We wish you all the best and we look forward to payment for the filter cleaning, grids, tank o'ring and two stops of service. Again good luck with the pool and your rental season."
Nick, Liz's husband, is just as friendly and arrived right on time for our appointment. He explained how our new pump worked in terms that we could understand and was more than happy and patient enough to stay and answer all of our questions. They were great, no hard sell for things you don't need, just honest work and honest advice from knowledgeable, nice people.
If you have pool or spa concerns, Liz at Advanced Pool and Spa, you will get service old fashioned customer service that is so hard to find these days!

Update 10/27/14: Nick and Liz continue to amaze. I've had them back to replace my crappy inefficient pump (replaced with an Intelliflo), fix my Jandy heater that was on the fritz, regrout areas and deck-o-seal parts that needed it. No one better!

Nick?s a keeper. He identified the problem and preformed the service. We will defiantly use him again.
I called Liz shortly after and Clint returned 3 days later on a Saturday because their schedule was so booked up they weren't able to get it done that Thursday or Friday. The next week wouldn't work for me because I was heading out of country. Clint did an awesome job! He was very informative, explaining everything to me and showing me what was going on as well as answering lots of other pool related questions I had.The pump pressure stayed stable during the three days and the water quality improved. Once Clint had completed the work the pressure dropped even more. It is now so much happier and so am I.
I didn't price compare since I had time constraints but trust that they were honest.
This company was awesome!!! Liz and Clint were very professional, kind, and responsive. I would highly recommend them!!
