The number provided for Eugene Alfred Shaffer actually put me into contact with a man named Brandon Watson, with Rainier/Rainer Engineering. I can t honestly tell you which one it is supposed to be because it s different between emails and the website I found. The website is newer with no clickable links. When I looked up Brandon Watson, another business name came up under Salient Engineering. When looked up on yelp, there are multiple complaints saying this guy is a scammer, takes money, doesn t provide the service he says he will and then gets hostile and blocks them when they ask for refunds or for the actual service provided. When I confronted him on this, he denied and said it was a weird coincidence. I found evidence in one of the emails he sent to me, in which his email address was his name at Salient, the company he says he has no association with. This guy is a scammer artist moving up the central valley and I would very much appreciate a refund for the full $900 I sent him so I can look elsewhere for services.
