This store has appliance parts. I have a small laundry room and when I was going to buy a new washer and dryer I was looking for a slim line dryer duct that you see in magazine ads. I called around and when I called this place the man said that they did have that item and it was in stock. I purchased it on the same day and a few days later when the dryer arrived, the installation crew told me that the slim duct would not work because of the bulbout on the back of the dryer. I looked at my receipt and it said returns within 30 days. I called the store to make sure they would honor it and he said it could not be returned because it was a special order item. I told him it was not a special order item, it was in stock and in a dusty box and then he said "well then you will have to pay a $25 restocking fee" and I said there is no mention of restocking fees on the terms and conditions on the receipt. This is a very shady way to do business and others should be aware of this store.
