COSTCO

We've used Costco for tires.  We were there about a month ago, February, 2017.  When the guy called me to tell me the car was ready, I fumbled my phone, and tried calling him back.  He didn't call me back but I tried calling him back and they left me on the phone for like ten minutes without answering.  I wasn't real happy about that.  The service was okay but I felt the way he handled the, yeah, if you don't get a hold of somebody the first time the telephone hangs up sometimes and you don't get to cell phone soon enough.  He called me again and I really didn't like that supervisor.  I went there for my daughters car like a week earlier, I think on the weekend, and the guy was really really good.  He handled everything real fast and efficient and was pleasant.  One of the workers were good and one wasn't. 

They are always very good to us. They follow up on everything and they are very accommodating. We go to them first whenever service is needed.

I can do one-stop shopping here, which helps a lot. Their return policy makes me comfortable buying things, because they will take things back. I have bought gifts for people that have been successfully returned. You just know what you're going to get with this store.

I used them by reputation. I didn't feel like shopping around. They sent someone out with samples and to measure. He was very good. They subcontract. I did get samples, what I saw was not what I wanted so I was able to change it. They came and took the old countertops out; came back and put the new countertops in. It was done quickly. I was satisfied. I can't rave about it but I am satisfied. It was very easy. I would probably not hire them again; the price was too high.

The experience was fine. You go there, you pick up your tires, you leave your car and go shopping. When you come back down your car is ready and you are on the road. The wait time depends on when you go there. You can get in and out rather quickly. Also, they put nitrogen in your tires and not air. It works good.

I trust Costco for the quality and value of goods it supplies. This is also true for its tire service. I was surprised to find out their price is lower than the chain store I have been using over the years. On top of that, Costco's warranty is better.

The installation of the tires took about an hour and a half, though I had to call to confirm that the job was ready. I had to order the tires because they didn't have them in stock, and though Costco officially states that tire orders take 7-10 days to arrive, mine came in within 4 days.
