"I told him what I wanted on the phone and then again when he arrived 1 1/2 HOURS Late. He brought his mother and sister-in-law. His problem was that I speak Spanish. He gave the wrong instructions to his team. I overheard this and again corrected him. Rules of my complex is that you can't have workers after 5 on the premises. He demanded his money after partially doing the job incorrectly actually making the problem worse. I was alone as both my neighbors were gone so I paid him. He promised to come back in 2 weeks. It has now been 6 weeks and I have called twice to chase him down to finish properly. I just gave up. I have been ripped off. Don't use him."

I had a 19 year old Bryant unit that clearly most services would insist they could Only replace. Paul quoted me the new system but gave me the option to repair it. With the budget I was on I was so grateful. I saved $8,000 and the system was repaired and up and running like brand new! I’ve moved to Nevada since and boy do I wish I could have brought Paul here!
