Cody did a wonderful job programming my Harmony Remote. He was patient, friendly, and very knowledgeable. Explained how to work the remote and let me try it out so I was familiar with the features. Also explained the buttons on my sound system.

The guy came to the house, did not do any work, did not know how to do what I needed, and then we were still billed for an hour, despite him only being here 15 minutes and not doing anything. I ended up doing it myself after watching several videos online and reading online help documents.
