Technician Cody Nelson was excellent. He definitely went the "extra mile" and found the optimum placement site for our new antenna. Highly recommend.

Everything went as expected. Tech was VERY knowledgeable. He took care of all the details and answered all my questions. Then did a good clean up.

Had recently changed internet and television providers, the new provider was unable to get video on my primary TV, Amerisat figured it out in less than 20 minutes.

Needed to replace wiring for Internet and phone in an older house. Cody suggested a solution that would require the least disruption, avoid damaging walls, and installed new wiring. Phone and internet service is now stable, secure, and reliable. Thanks Cody

He was very friendly. When I discovered the antenna I bought was defective, they brought an even better one with higher ratings. And he found the perfect place to mount it. Reception is awesome. Very good company you can trust.

Amerisat employees I dealt with were completely above board and transparent. The Technician was easy to collaborate with, thus the jobs, all three of them, came out exactly as I wanted them, completely to my specifications. Amerisat performed exactly as agreed upon at a very reasonable price!

The installer put up the antenna and found out it did not work in my area. He took it down and offered other suggestions for my area.

He did a great job but could have been finished in two hours, it was obvious he works per because he started slowing down as well as completely stopping to look at the clock and just waste time there was no need for the extra 30 minutes since I did clean up after him and had everything ready for him to do the job. Overall great job with install but wish he wasnâ t so worried about the time.

They called me, set up an appointment, then rescheduled it several times, and ultimately arrived a couple of days after the initial schedule. The technician was a nice guy but did not have a ladder necessary for the job. He advised they would reschedule for the following day. Never heard from them again.

They were professional. On time and work performed was spot on!!

Technician is very knowledgeable and friendly

Mobile service tech was very knowledgeable and experienced in RV satellite systems. Knew how to troubleshoot and hooked up our satellite system on our motor home. We are extremely pleased with him and the work he did! Thank you David at Amerisat!
