Great, fast service. The technician was friendly and courteous. He knew exactly what to do and got the job done in less time than what was quoted. Everything works great. So glad I found them. I highly recommend the company.

Installer did a great job. Did not make their original appointment because of problems with previous customer install, but they were right there the next day on time. Even gave telephone support when a wrong button was pushed--got us going over the phone.

I would like to extend thanks and appreciation to David Allen for an excellent repair/setup project as well as for a very thorough background discussion.

The technician was very slow. He did not seem he had done this before. I was quoted 1/2 hour and he took 3 hours. I am paying for one hour. Also, a tech was scheduled for the previous day. I wasted 1-5:30 he never showed up. The next day I waited from 8 am till 11 before a tech showed up and then the 3-hour wait while he kept calling for instructions on installation. The dispatcher was very apologetic but this was very frustrating.

Bill was very friendly he understood my project needs and scheduled a technician to come out the next day. My technician Dave was extremely friendly knowledgeable and respectful. He showed up right on time and did a great job. I would highly recommend Amerisat to all my friends and family.

Great customer service Technician great work

I have used this company for years for satellite tv and home theater. They have even come out and made sense out of the mess of cords behind my television and installed outside speakers. Very full service and professional. I trust them completely to do a great job at a reasonable price.
