Above and Beyond Home Inspections

I called Curtis to inspect the home I bought 'as is' (short sale) back in Feb 2013. I did not have the property inspected due to a very chaotic life situation at that time. I know I should have and all those 'what if's' had been weighing on me. So I decided to just do it and hope for the best. I spoke honestly with Curtis about all of my concerns about the house. He came out and checked everything. Under the house in the attic and everyplace in between. He had the report ready the next day and showed me just what I needed to fix. Nothing major like I had feared. Yes I have some work to do now but it is good to know things like that. Thank you Curtis.

This is the guy to hire. Don't look anywhere else. Curtis was professional and very knowledgeable. He was not afraid to get dirty and crawled under the foundation. We had to reschedule on him 3 times and each time he accommodated us. Worth more than he charges.

Curtis did an excellent job! I hired him to perform a home and mold inspection for my rental. He came earlier for the appointment, prepared the report the next day. The report was professional, detailed and extensive with good pictures and comments to explain the problems. He was extremely helpful and took the time to answer all of my questions and prepared in addition (by my request) a summary letter for the conditions of the house with no additional charge. He also obtained a mold testing samples and gave me the results from the lab. The prices were reasonable. I would definitely recommend Above and Beyond Home Inspections! t Outstanding work!

Curtis showed up on time, was clean cut, pleasant, curteous and professional. During his Home Inspection, he told me about each problem he found and included tips on repairing them. Curtis was 20 minutes early for the inspection! That set the tone right off the bat. He made his way in a very detailed manor throughout the entire residence, keeping us informed every step of the way. He provided us with detailed instructions on items/issues that were and were not to code. When all was said and done the following day we received his complete inspection report back. The report finished at over 35 pages long and went as far as having color photographs that were marked by power point to show exact reference. Above and beyond gets 5 +++ stars from my partner and I. The service was great he was very thorough he took pictures, the prices were reasonable he worked in a timely manner all needs & criteria were met according to the CREIA he did everything he was supposed to do and more but the best part was that he didn't tell us anything new about the house that we didn't already know.
