It is very easy to schedule an appointment on line, however they open at 8, but you can't schedule until 9. My interactions with all of the employees is good.

Both appliance and electronics department were extremely helpful and informative. No pressure, full of info, called at least 5 electronic stores to compare prices and gave us the lowest price. Set up delivery was immediate, customer service group very nice, on time and professional installation.

WHEN I FIRST CALLED TO ORDER THE PARTS ON FRIDAY, THEY TOLD ME THAT I COULD NOT ORDER THEM OVER THE PHONE UNLESS I HAD A SEARS CARD. THEY DO NOT TAKE OTHER CREDIT CARDS OVER THE PHONE. THEN WHEN I ARRIVED MONDAY TO ORDER THE PARTS IN PERSON, THE PRICE THEY QUOTED ME SUDDENLY BECAME CLOSE TO $40.00 MORE. I ORDERED THE PARTS AFTER BEING TOLD THAT THEY WOULD ARRIVE IN FIVE DAYS. I ASKED IF THEY COULD RUSH IT BECAUSE I WAS RENTING A CAR. THEY SAID THEY WOULD AND THAT THEY WOULD LET ME KNOW LATER IN THE WEEK. I NEVER RECIEVED A CALL, ALTHOUGH I CALLED AND LEFT MESSAGES. ON SUNDAY(6 DAYS LATER) I WAS TOLD THAT THE PARTS ALWAYS TAKE A MINIMUM OF 10-12 BUSINESS DAYS TO GET IN. I HAVE PAID FOR THE PARTS. I STILL HAVE NOT RECIEVED THEM. THAT IS WHY I AM RATING THEM OVERALL POOR.
Description of Work: I PURCHASED FOR MY SATURN A SET OF NEW STRUTS. I ALSO PURCHASED LABOR TO HAVE THEM INSTALLED AND ALSO TO HAVE THE CAR ALIGNED AFTER THE PARTS WERE INSTALLED.
