Description of Work: Left email request through Angie's list for call back. Three to four weeks later received an email reply that they would call within 48 hours. That was three weeks ago. Never received a call. Apparently they don't need new customers. |

Description of Work: The entire experience couldn't have gone any better, and I ain't lyin'. |They pruned my GIANT pecan tree and installed hardware to pull the co-dominant trunks together. They also pruned a shaggy pistache. 2 guys in the tree, 2 guys on the ground. On time, pleasant demeanor, very thorough tree work and outstanding clean-up.

Description of Work: We had Acorn fertilize and trim our oaks as well as miscellaneous trees and shrubs. There were about five guys and they finished and cleaned up in one day. They were prompt, professional and seemed to be a friendly and happy crew. We liked their work so much we had them do our son's yard with a huge Italian stone pine - that was a multi-day job and it came out great.

Description of Work: In the middle of our front yard landscape installation, questions about the health of an existing tree and placement of new trees found me wanting to consult an arborist. I needed someone quickly and I called 8 - 10 companies. Most didn't even pick up the phone and those I did reach were quick to say 'no'. The person I spoke with at Acorn was understanding and pleasant. Kevin, a certified arborist, stopped by after finishing another job. He was knowledgeable, personable and thorough. Even noticed a couple of issues with the landscape install and respectfully detailed his concerns so that I could follow up with the landscaper. He did not charge me for the consultation. I was so impressed I happily contact Acorn to prune 2 large trees and install a cable system in one, remove 2 bushes and grind the stumps. They arborists came on time, did good work and hauled everything away. I highly recommend Acorn and will be using them again.

It only took them a couple of hours to cut down the tree, remove the big stump, trim the other trees, and pick up what they had left behind. I was very comfortable with the price they gave me because I considered it was very fair for what they did for me. They did everything they said they would do and didn't lie about anything at all. I would definitely hire them again if there was anything else I thought I needed to have been around my garden. I would grade them with the highest scores for any survey or report.
Description of Work: I had them remove a 25 foot tall tree from my yard and trim some others. They took care of the stump and the trash from the trimming job as well.
