Description of Work: Replace pool water

Description of Work: They completely rebuilt my pool area doing an excellent job and keeping me informed weekly as to where they were in the project and cost incurred at any point in time even when I had to be out of the country for a period.

Description of Work: we contacted Dan Ramos earlier this Spring to talk to him about resurfacing our pool. He came out and we discussed the options as well as looking at possibly expanding the job and re-doing the patio area as well. Dan was very professional and a real businessman. he invited us up to his showroom and we reviewed all of the alternatives. We interviewed other pool firms as well as a contractor but Distinguised Pools was hands down the most professional and ended up having a strong bid as well. We are now finished with the entire job in which we converted the pool to saline, put the new micro-pepple finish in, and totally demolished the cement patio and replaced with a sand based paver (Travertine). Dan is now also doing our weekly pool service as ell. It was a pleasure to work with Dan and his professionalism and honesty goes a long way in satisfying a client. We would definitely use Dan and distinguished Pools again if we had to do it all over again.

Description of Work: We've had on going problems with the quality of our water and filtration for years. Many people have put band-aids on the problem, but no real fix. Distinguished Pools not only gave us an accurate accessment of our problems: piece of the filter was cracked, DE was leaking into our pool, pool sweeper didn't move, chemicals way off, but they also provided a real solution. Very patient with explaining the problems, the solutions, and how we can maintain the pool chemicals ourselves. A month later, our pool is crystal clear like it hasn't been in years, water temp is awesome and we are still enjoying swimming in it. They were extremely responsive when I called. Came out right away (the next day) and had to return five more times (and did). Totally professional, timely, and I would definitley use them again.

Description of Work: Dan Ramos was a pleasure to work with. He has a great eye for design and uses state of the art 3D imagery to work and show your design. I really wish we had found him earlier and hired him to do our design. We ended up no using Dan as our project included some unusual aspects (water drainage easement with the city) which we were looking to find someone that already had experience in that area.
