"If I could give them 10 stars, I would. They did incredible work. They really took their time to make sure they did quality work ensuring I was happy with the finished product. I bought a porch swing hoping it would go on my ceiling. But Douglas informed me it was not possible with my aluminum ceiling in my backyard. He recommended creating a wood beams and poles to hold the swing, He helped with all the wood we had to get and made sure it was sturdy and stable. I am extremely happy with the work they did and I highly recommend."

Pool Table Assembly questions, answered by experts

When hiring professionals for pool construction and installation, verify their state licensing and workers' compensation insurance. Choose local contractors who understand regional water chemistry and know how to specify the right chemical systems for extreme heat. Ask for references from similar neighborhoods, and ensure your contractor knows the specific CA construction hour restrictions and water district regulations to prevent project delays.

Helpful?

The success of pool construction and installation depends heavily on selecting materials suited for hard water. Choose aggregate or pebble finishes to resist calcium scaling. You must also shade your pool equipment to protect motors from intense Palm Springs heat. Hire a professional to evaluate your soil conditions and ensure the concrete shell meets local seismic standards to prevent cracking over time.

Helpful?

To protect your new pool from extreme sun and hard water, keep specialized supplies on hand during pool construction and installation. You should stock calcium and scale treatment agents, along with a reliable water testing kit that measures calcium hardness and total dissolved solids. Keep high-capacity filtration media for windblown sand, plus UV-resistant replacement gaskets and evaporation-compensating auto-fill valve components to handle the intense heat in Palm Springs.

Helpful?

Watch for white calcium nodules erupting from the plaster, which indicate improper mixing accelerated by hard water. Hollow-sounding plaster means the surface failed to bond correctly during extreme heat. You should also inspect for persistent water loss after a leak repair or frequent tripping of GFCI breakers. These electrical and structural failures mean your past pool and spa service did not meet rigorous CA safety and quality standards.

Helpful?

Start your pool construction and installation by securing a geotechnical soils report to determine structural requirements. Check your neighborhood for historic district or homeowner association restrictions before breaking ground. Schedule the work between October and March to avoid extreme summer temperatures. Finally, have an electrician assess your panel capacity early to keep your Palm Springs project running on schedule.
