Description of Work: All Valley Solar installed my replacement solar heating panels for my pool. Of all the companies I called, they were the ones who spent the most time explaining the pros and cons of different systems, as well as maintenance and installation. Their prices were within expectations, and service was on time and professional. An inspector found one element that needed to be changed, and the company sent someone out to change it within days. They even followed-up to make sure I was happy. I highly recommend this company.

Description of Work: I have contracted with All Valley Solar to install solar panels on my roof. However, as we are awaiting a rebate decision from my city, the installation has not yet taken place. Thus far, I am very pleased with All Valley Solar (AVS), who were recommended to me by my HVAC servicer (also on Angie's List). The AVS representative came to my home and walked through my entire house to estimate my energy usage. He suggested that I replace all the light bulbs in my house with high quality LEDs rather than pay for additional solar panels -- a recommendation that no other provider had suggested. He made a list of every bulb to be replaced and will handle the purchases for me. The cost of the LED bulbs will be offset in part from the reduced cost of the solar panels and I won't need to change another bulb in the house for 20-25 years. To obtain the maximum possible rebate from my city, AVS is going to reverse-mount 60 percent of my solar panels so that that all the panels face southwest. Because my home is situated in front of a mountain, the reverse-mounted panels will not be visible and I will get maximum energy production from the system. Although the panels have not yet been installed, AVS' performance thus far has been impressive.

Description of Work: They did a full install of a 3.6 kilowatt system. They also checked for a repair in Malibu. I would highly recommend their services. Mark is great and very knowledgeable. He has been doing this work for years.

Description of Work: All Valley Solar, Inc, and my company-Michelangelo's Plumbing, Inc, were hired jointly to solve a mixing problem on my customer's hot water system. Ted from All Valley Solar, Inc. was extremely patient, knowledgeable, and helpful in solving this problem. The problem in the house was due to a faulty hot water heater and not the solar system.

Description of Work: I have a solar thermal rooftop unit used to heat my swimming pool. The unit is fairly old and had developed a number of leaks. Douglas Nolan came out, repaired the leaks and then checked all the sensors and the overall condition of the unit. He reported and showed me what was causing the leaks, how he had fixed them...all very straightforward.

Description of Work: Rebuilt solar panels. Added air vent. Fixed control and new sensors. reattach piping, flush tank.

Description of Work: THEY DID SOME PLUMBING OF FAUCETS IN THE KITCHEN AND PUT A SPRINKLER SYSTEM IN.
