"Our water heater started leaking on Sunday. Isaac responded to our query within minutes. He rearranged his schedule to be here early Monday morning. He arrived on schedule and our water heater was installed and functioning by noon. He is not only professional, fair and knowledgeable but a great guy."

"Hired him to install new ceiling fans, replace light fixtures and hang a chandelier where there was previously just a can light. The crew was fast, clean and showed up on time both days - - and their pricing was reasonable! I was also impressed at their ability to solve problems as they arose...and to figure out creative solutions as necessary. Highly recommended."

"I have done quite a number of home improvement projects the last 5-6 years inside and outside my house and working with Eric and his crew ranks at the top of working experiences through the process. Landscaping the front yard was a challenge. it is one of the last big projects I have here. Living on a corner and easement access for utilities running through my front yard for much of the yard footprint a lot of thought had to go into where I can place trees certain spots utilities can literally come in and dig a hole to gain access to their cable if absolutely necessary. It has happened once since I lived here and once when my wife first moved in 15-16 years ago . Eric listened That was huge in my hiring process. There was already a lot of thought going into this. Eric listened AND brought his knowledge and input on areas I did not think of. The process was fluid I wanted boulders, I wanted to reduce the grass area footprint and I loosely say grass, because the front yard was mostly crabgrass and Bermuda argh Originally was thinking of simply symmetrically widening the existing border allowing me to plant some more plants around it and spread bark like I have Eric took the base idea suggested the boulder placement, blending some rock to blend with bark and maybe a second contrasting rock of a different size along with it. Eric took my existing plants blended with new plants I passed along some plant ideas to him, he liked some of my choices? I bought some of them as I perused Green Acres Eric and his crew planted and added some additional? All staying within the original budget Eric of Landed Gentry brought this front yard to life .. I have a reduced sod footprint, new irrigation, and drip irrigation for all the plants .. And a side yard which was too much of a challenge to do too much to with utilities running through it .. to at least look presentable with a privacy barrier. I could not be more satisfied with the end result. Thank you Eric and crew"

"He did an excellent job, just was not on time, but did text me when he was on his way. I recommended him to a realtor friend who will probably use him and I will definitely use him again. He and his assistant were very efficient and worked well together."
In most cases, professional organizers are well worth the investment. They often handle decluttering, which can take hours of work, and professional home and garage organization solutions that homeowners wouldn’t often think about. In many cases, homeowners will recognize the true value of a professional organizer during the weeks following the project’s finish when they use their new space and realize the improved quality of life that comes with convenient and thoughtful storage and organization.
The average cost to hire a handyman ranges from about $40 to $140 per hour. Average project cost ranges between $180 and $700, but the cost per hour and per project depends heavily on the type, size, and complexity of the project. The pro’s experience level and your location also factor into how much a handyman charges per hour or per project. You can also expect to pay higher rates or additional fees for emergency services, or around periods of high customer demand, like holidays.
Landscapers typically charge $25 to $50 per person per hour, which equals around $50 to $100 per hour for a two-person crew. These rates can vary depending on your location, the size of staff needed for the job, and overall job type. For example, a larger crew will be needed for structural additions and hardscaping versus planting flowers.
When it comes to landscapers, licensing laws vary. Landscaping architects are required to be licensed in all 50 states, whereas traditional landscaping contractors are not typically required to hold a certification. You’ll likely be working with a landscaping contractor for most residential projects. If you are redesigning your whole yard or adding in hardscape features, you will work with a landscaping architect at some point during the project. Be sure to check our state licensing tool to review the local landscaper guidelines.
As you browse our pro listings, take note of the “Angi Approved” badge. Angi Approved businesses meet our standards for certification which include:
The owner, principal, or relevant manager passed a criminal background check
Required to have applicable state and local licenses
Maintain an average star rating of 3.0 or better on our network, if they have at least one review
Paying to advertise their services
Meeting any other eligibility criteria required by Angi
Keep in mind licensing is different from certifications. A license is a legal requirement to operate a business, while certifications are voluntary.
Professional organizers charge $55 to $100 per hour, with average per-project rates costing $510. If you need help with basic decluttering and organizing of your garage, expect to pay $200 to $700. On the other hand, major reorganization projects can cost $1,500 to $5,000, including installing shelves and storage solutions. Expect to pay more for professional organization help if you need specialty storage solutions, like cabinets and toolboxes for a workshop or a ceiling-mounted kayak or bike storage option.
