Hiring Bellagio Granite and Quartz for our remodel was a huge mistake. We needed floors, countertops, and shower tile done by May 18, 2025, for our move-in, but it was a disaster. After hours, we found my husband?s tools missing and beer cans everywhere?one made into a smoking pipe. We told Francisco, the manager, who shrugged it off. Tools were returned, but it set a bad tone. The shower was a mess: they mismeasured the wall, leaving a gap they hid with a flimsy tile strip. We found they used caulk, not thin-set mortar, which is wrong and risky. Their second try cracked a tile by cutting it dry (should be wet) and they asked if we?d use it. No way! By May 18, no shower. I had to babysit their third try?they skipped waterproofing and surface prep. I translated via phone to make them fix it. Done May 21, they demanded $500 extra on top of $12,000. We refused. Work was okay only because I watched them. Despite some good reviews, Bellagio was sloppy and unprofessional. Avoid them."

The drafting department utilizes CAD to provide professional drawings and shop production. Computer controlled edging machines are the perfect compliment to the precise cutting ability of RTMI's 55,000 psi water jet, large bridge saw and CNC milling machine. Caulk goes in corners or where two different materials meet (like where the bathtub meets the tile) to create a waterproof seal.
