They were awesome! They were so clean and professional. The crew could not have been nicer. I just wish I knew how to use the controls a little better. There was a price issue. We almost closed the deal and then I canceled it. There was no hassle, it was just that I had buyer's regret and I wanted to get a couple of other estimates. The owner came out and literally lowered the price. I was just happy all the way around. He said, "If you ever have a problem, you call me personally. Here is my cellphone number. Here is everything to get ahold of me." That made a huge impression. They did the work and it was actually kind of overkill but it was a fabulous job. I had a difference of opinion where I wanted one vent and I'm very happy with the place it was put. It is a huge unit and works beautifully. They were very clean and wore booties in the house. It was great!

Three people came out for the service. They had to bring a crane for the installation. They were wonderful! I have used them more than once. They have always been reliable for me.

Company was very professional. We felt comfortable with the information they provided. They arrived on time and always cleaned up before they left. There was a problem with the installation of the thermostat but they quickly fixed it.

It was fine. There were no additional charges beyond the big deal amount. I would recommend them. I remember that it wasn't a bad experience because my A/C is working. I think it was a good deal which is why I purchased it.

It went well. I've used them since that first time because they were able to fix some problems with my heating system that the actual company that put it in was perplexed on it.

We were informed that it is an old furnace (we knew that), but that it was well past it working life and needed replacing. Ruddy was meticulous in his inspection pointing out issues that were relevant to the next decision we need to make. We received an estimate for replacement. A very reasonable experience.

Everything went smoothly. They were on time, professional and they cleaned up after themselves.

The man came to my condo because both my central heat and air conditioner were not working. The man seemed very knowledgeable and even said that he taught classes on how to fix air conditioners at the local community college. Since I live in a condo, my A/C unit was on the roof. He went to the roof, checked it, and said it was not working. He then came down and checked the heater (in my unit) and said that it wasn't working, too. He said I needed to have both replaced and gave me a quote of $6709.58. Needless to say, this was quite a shocker. I said I would have to think about it because, truthfully, it was a lot of money I could not afford at the time. I talked to several friends, and they suggested that I get a second opinion; one friend gave me the name of her air conditioner guy. The new guy came a few weeks later, said there was a leak in my air conditioner, and fixed it for $275. It has been running fine since (almost 2 years later). The new guy also fixed my heater for $550 (it was an electrical wiring issue). I understand that not everyone can diagnose the problem correctly, but I was very dissatisfied with the diagnosis I got from JW Heating because all they told me was that I needed both units replaced without actually trying to fix them.

They were great. I would grade them an A. I called on behalf of a former tenant, so I do not know all of the details, but they were professional, ontime, etc.

The heater in our condo was recalled many years ago and when it came on, it didn't always heat. No one would fix that part of the unit because of the recall (understandably) and the cost of replacing a heating unit is costly. I got one quote from another company and thought I better get another. JW gave me a couple of different quotes which I really appreciated. The other company just gave me one quote and it matched JW's highest quote. JW was very communicative and prompt. I would definitely recommend them and use them again (hopefully, I won't need to).

They were prompt, courteous and professional at each turn. Ted came out and gave me an estimate initially. I forgot to mention the coupon initially but he honored it in any case. Ted returned on the install date with the technicians and stayed around until the work was well underway and made sure that things. Really smooth team work!!

They were very nice and courteous. I was not there during the time of service but my daughters were. We have no issues with their work. They had to mask off the entire area as they were removing the asbestos. They completed the job to my satisfaction and I was pleased. I did think the price was more expensive compared to others but I am happy with the experience.

We just bought a townhouse built in 2006 and we noticed there was little air coming out of the vents on the first floor. When the technician showed up even before looking at the heater he told us we needed to take down the drywall to see if there was a problem with the connection to the vents. I thought it was ridiculous to make that statement even before taking a look at the heater and see if there was anything wrong with the unit. We paid him the $125 service charge and asked him to leave. We will be getting a second opinion. We called those guys because of the high positive reviews on Angie's list and maybe we got a poor technician but would not recommend them at all.

I'd called out a HVAC person I'd used in the past and liked, who told me I'd need to replace my heating system, so I called JW Heating to get a second opinion. They came out and got the furnace working right away. Even double-checked it to make sure I wouldn't have the problem once they left. They said I may need to replace it eventually, but so far the system has been working great and I haven't needed to replace a thing.

They were actually here before the appointed time and the four men worked all day and completed the job in one day. They were excellent workers and answered any questions we had. Their electrician came and did what needed to be done and we didn't need the roofer because everything fit just where it was before with no problems. I was very pleased with everyone we had contact with. We couldn't have hired a better company.

It doesn't get better than these guys... Ted was very helpful and informative when he provided the estimate. The crew was full of guys that cared about their job and did a terrific job. I have referred them to everyone I know... and now you, Angie's list!

I will have to look up the specifics, but they were great, and I would use them again. I will amend this when I have more time.

Ruddy was very prompt and professional. We discovered that our heater was emitting carbon monoxide as well as not operating correctly and needed to be replaced. We were given prices for both a new wall heater or forced air heat. We did decide to go with a different company because of the price, but overall, we had a good experience otherwise with JW.

They showed up on time for the appointment which I appreciated. They did a good job and there were no hidden costs. Scheduling went well. One technician came out to do the work and it took about an hour to complete everything.
