WONDEFUL!! I could not be more pleased or excited about a company. Starting with their receptionist Denise, who provided me with the 'reminder' calls I requested and is super courteous. Mark was punctual, professional, courteous, accommodating, patient and polite.

Called JW out for a routine inspection/health check and they discovered serious flaws relating to the installation of our HVAC unit. Sheet metal was missing from the intake side of the furnace which was drawing in attic air while the AC unit was running. After patching that and installing the correct air filters, adding refrigerant and adding a new capacitor, our system was as good as new and ran up to 30% better.

The provider applied the value of this call to a repair/replacement of the piklot ignitor on my wall service; a job which he completed quickly and reasonably , cost wise. So far everything is working great.

Haven't yet received the estimate. Ted texted me after I escalated to his manager and promised he will send the quote as soon as possible. But it has been a few hours since.

I told him the problem and then he went to work. He was fast, knew what he was doing. He answered all of my questions in a very professional way.

The Contractor did not respond, I called them on Saturday and told them I had 3 units that did not work and I needed service ASAP. The young lady said that the technician would call me right back. I waited & waited, they called back on Monday 11:45AM I ended up calling someone else on Sunday.

It was a half an hour or so to examine the existing system, diagnose one problem (an ailing blower motor) and note other issues with the aged system. He arrived well within the window of time provided and quickly got to business. AFter reviewing the different components he provided a quick estimate to replace the motor (after adding some lube to extend the lifetime) and also collected preliminary data for a an updated system since that seemed appropriatefor the age of the current unit. we received the quote a fewe days later and are considering options.

We used a coupon from Angies List, and as it was early summer, it took a couple of weeks to schedule service. Then when the technician in our area, I believe got sick, they called to reschedule -- so it took even longer for someone to get here to perform the maintenance. Then again, it wasn't an emergency, both units were working. As well, JW was very good and polite about notifying us and the Angies List coupon ($49 for ea unit) was a good deal. Anyway, when he finally arrived, the technician was prompt and polite. He performed a quick cleaning & inspection on both units -- and discovered we had replacement AC filters in our basement (when we purchased the house 2 yrs ago we didn't know the previous owner left us some filters), so that saved us money as we didn't have to purchase new filters. The technician offered us two optional services that I declined (some kind of bio filters and new fan motors that we don't need yet), otherwise said the units were working fine. All in all, he was here about a half-hour. As I said, it took a while to schedule, but this wasn't an emergency call, but the service was prompt and professional. No complaints.

She is single, living with several cats, and her condo has been "like a sauna". She works more than one job, and cannot always be at home during the day. Naturally, she was extremely upset.

They replaced the fan as preventative maintenance because they said the fan may have given out in the near future. They said they provided me with a credit towards the repairs, but I didn't feel the price of the repair was at market value. They were on time and explained everything well though.

The service tech arrived on time and I was able to book an appointment in a timely manner. There was confusion on my and their part because when I contacted their office, I said a security company who was previously at my property said there was a duct that was badly damaged under the house and it needed repairing. So when I booked the $89 AC Service through JW, I told them I NEEDED the DUCT to be repaired during the same service call which I knew would be extra. They said no problem. After the tech finished the work (he was with my tenant, I was not present), he left the property and called me on the road explaining all the extra work I needed to have done based on his inspection. When I asked if he repaired the duct (which was my main reason for making an appointment), he said they don't carry all sizes of ducts on their trucks and would have to come back later to fix. He only taped it. He would send me an email on the costs for repairs. I was NOT happy. My tenant was NOT happy. She wanted the duct fixed that day (she made arrangements to be home for the service call) and wanted the duct fixed ASAP because she said her electric bill was high because she was cooling the underneath of the duplex. I could understand her frustration because I was frustrated too. When I got the quote from JW, it seemed really high to me. But not knowing the real costs of AC repairs, I got a second quote. And yes, they were very high! They quoted $800 for 3 repair items plus $650 for another item. I ended up getting the 3 items repaired for $425 and held off on the $650 repair. When I told JW they would not be doing the work because they did not repair the duct on the first call, their explanation was that they could not repair it because they didn't have all duct sizes on their vans. I do understand this but initially was not given the impression that it could not be repaired that same day by the front office. And since they ended up being really high, I decided not to use them anyway, Very frustrated on my side. They apologized and stated the above reasoning...still didn't resolve my problem quickly and I am after the customer.

Excellent! Another repair company gave me a quote of $3,000 for repairs. JW did the job for &330! I would not use anyone else in the future.

I didn’t like that they tried to upsell me, but other than that, everything went well. They diagnosed that the system was down on coolant, they were easy to schedule with, and they came on time.

I ended up paying about 300 extra to fill the freon. He also told me that a connection was loose and he repaired it, too. Those costs weren't included in the tune-up. He was professional and was able to tell me what was wrong.

It was fine. It did lead to further work.
