Not only did the work go smoothly, he dropped the price by $200 once he found out I was looking into other companies. The work was completed in 2 days. On the first day they sent out a company to remove all asbestos, as I requested. The second day they came to do the install, they worked from 8:00am-4:30pm. They moved the thermostat and put in new registers. They cleaned up the area very well and were very responsible. I am really really pleased, everything is cleaned up and looks great. I give them the highest rating. Ted was also very responsive to my phone calls which was very much appreciated.

The details are this the provider called to confirm and sent a email confirmation of appointment. The morning of a call was received to advise that technician would be arriving around the appointment time. When the technician came he introduced himself and showed his credentials as verification. He came in and went right to work. He was very patient in explaining what he was doing and what would need to be done in the future. He replaced the old unit with a new one but gave us several models to choose from. It was all in all a very professional comfortable experience. I will definitely be using this company for any future HVAC needs.

It was fabulous. They have excellent quality products and they have excellent workmanship. They did a great job. The price was high but they have a logo and so if you have forgotten the price, you will remember the logo. I would say the price is fair.

Excellent. Called this morning and very nice gentleman handled my call. Told me no technician available until 1/7/2015 but if appointment became available earlier he would call me. Call transferred to Tara. She was very warm and efficient. Located account information quickly as I have used them before. Booked 1/7/2014 and handled my special requests as service was for 83 year old Mom. Tara called less than an hour later to say technician available today due to cancellation. Technician went out, problem diagnosed and fixed. Mom is warm again.

I have a very old furnace which stopped working. It was freezing in my house and they were able to fit me in the same day which I appreciated very much. Ruddy, my serviceman who was excellent recommended that I get a new furnace but was able to come up with a less expensive fix until I can get it replaced. I appreciate that there was no pressure to just buy a new one. Fixed it quickly and neatly and now I have heat! I also appreciated that he wore little booties to cover his shoes without me asking. We take our shoes off in the house and this was a welcomed detail and excellent customer service. I will use them again.

They were excellent! Outstanding! They performed the repair, were very knowledgeable, and thorough. They gave me good advise and tried to save me money on a repair when they weren't sure was necessary. They ended up doing the repair but I had full trust in their work.

I hired JW to inspect a 14-year-old forced air furnace. When they said the blower was leaking oil I asked them to replace it. The unit was making too much noise during operation, so I knew there was likely an issue. Following the replacement, operation of the furnace improved significantly. It ran quietly and moved quite a bit more air. This company was easy to work with, and the technician was fast and seamless in his work. I am doing a service contract with them as a result of their professional handling of this job.

They were very nice, but I decided to obtain estimates for a new furnace instead of having a tune-up performed.

It didn't go well. Thankfully service provider left quickly when he realized that he wasn't going to scare me into purchasing new furnaces. Waste of time and money.

They provided the service, and it was satisfactory. I didn't pay them any additional amount over the big deal. There was a little issue scheduling with my tenant, but it wasn't their fault. They were good. They were able to diagnose the problem.

Unprofessional.. They claimed the entire job would take 2 hours. However after 1 hour nothing was done. Also the parts for the job were not available. The worker told me the parts will be delivered later in an hour. Meanwhile they could not proceed with the installation without the parts, duct piping elbows and heater register.The worker was not sure about the part inventory needed for the job and wasn't sure which part were coming. I canceled the work and asked the workers to leave.

Great service. Very professional. Called me back and scheduled an appointment within reasonable time. Tech arrived at scheduled time, no problems. Was thorough and did a great job. Problem fixed. Smooth transaction.
