Pann discussed my jobs when we made our appointment, and he told me what materials I could pick up prior to his arrival to save time if I wanted to. I also appreciated that Pann really listened to how I wanted conduit hidden for the outdoor security lights. He was patient with me and and came up with a creative solution that looks great and avoided busting through a thick wall. Pann was very sensitive to using his time efficiently, which saved me money. Pann also pointed out safety issues with my kitchen lights and he uncovered sloppy taped together out door wiring in a soffit. I intend to have him back to re-do the obviously defective prior electricians' work. In my experience, intelligent, trustworthy, efficient electricians are hard to come by, so you would do well to hire Pann for your electrical needs!"

He used a bobcat to remove the wood chips, debris, installed a new irrigation system, and installed a new raised concrete barrier. This was a lot of work and I’m pleased with German’s work. He also fixed a sprinkler section that I trouble with prior to the storm. He’s very knowledgeable and reasonable."

They dug up the old, broken concrete, leveled the ground and put in McNear Cobblestone Charcoal and Tan pavers. What a difference! My yard is starting to look less like the Sanford & Son scene I inherited when I bought the house.
They were flexible when I had them rearrange the pattern bit which took extra time, but all in all they finished it in two days. They kept the communication lines open and were easy to get a hold of. I'd call them again and am hoping to have them do my front walkway and steps next.
