Very good work, put plastic up along the house to avoid concrete splatter. Prior to laying cement they put a inch of sand down instead of just pouring straight on top of dirt.
Mike arrived exactly as scheduled. He helped us select the unit for best overall performance. On installation day he showed up few minutes early!! The work entailed lifting a heavy unit onto the roof, connecting a water line, wiring it in; and installing both delivery and return ductwork....
