"I hate being condescended to. Listen to what I want and then give suggestions on how I might be able to work that out in my kitchen. Don't just tell me it can't be done. I felt like I was wasting my time. I asked about a particular type of closet (not realizing it was part of a bigger cabinet...how would I know) and she told me to follow her (using her finger to me like a child) and said I couldn't have it because it was as part of a bigger piece. She could have just said that. I said if I can't make my kitchen more "usable" (less wasted space), WHY to with custom cabinets. I could just reface. The woman behind me who was waiting to ask her a question said. Listen, if you can't get what you want, I don't blame you for not spending the money. It's easy to reface. So, I called another company and, low and behold, I'm getting partial refacing and partial custom cabinets. He came and we discussed HOW I could get my carousel cabinet (uh - he suggested I go from a double to a single sink - easy peasy) AND, he came in at half the price your website suggested I might pay. It is really nice to be listened to...especially when it's MY money I'm spending."

"Carlos is absolutely amazing and what everyone wants when they hire someone to work in their home. The hinges on over 30 kitchen cabinet doors were old and either broken or on about to break. Carlos was extremely professional and respectful of my time and made every effort to schedule the work when it was most convenient for us. He did a great deal of research to find the upgraded versions of the hinges that were on the doors. Because the cabinets were custom made, regular hinges did not work. Carlos gave me a quote for the service that was extremely fair. He and his crew were friendly and cleaned up the cabinets better than they found them.
