First an arborist came out to give me an estimate 2 days after my call ( it was a very busy time of the year). one week later a crew came out to do the job. The foreman was amazing! I've never seen anyone work so hard and smile the entire time like he loved his work.If I could remember his name I'd say it. He deserves the credit. It took just under 4 hours and though it was the middle of May it was 95 degrees and a brutally sunny afternoon. They brought a huge stump grinder that chewed up the stumps to what seemed like a couple of feet below the ground. They removed all exposed roots and smoothed out the dirt like the trees never existed. For those of you who may not know California peppers get huge fast, the branches spring right back after you trim them and even worse you may have an allergic reaction to them. The sap contains the same oil that is in poison ivy, sumac and poison oak. So they must all be related. This, along with the fact that the trees were getting too huge for the space made me decide to remove them. The arborist told me they do not recommend planting California Peppers nor Brazllian Peppers. I wish I had consulted an arborist before planting. A regular lawn handy man planted them, not an arborist. He had no opinion, just wanted the job. Lesson learned. I would definitely use Tip Top again. This is the only arborist I have used. There may be other good ones in my area but I was very happy with Tip Top. Thought price was very reasonable too. Really hard work. Could never have done it myself.

They were on time, did the job, completely removed all debris.

I spoke with Tom who was great. He explained everything they would do and I felt the charge was reasonable. The tree was a good 10' taller than my 2 story house and was situated very close to the roof of both my house and my next door neighbors house. They showed up right on time (8am), removed the tree and hauled away all the debris. I would never have known there was a tree there at all. I highly recommend this company.

Very pleased with their work. They showed up about 10 minutes before our appointment. Cleaned up so that it looked like they were never there.

I THINK IT WENT VERY WELL. THEY ARRIVED ABOUT 15 MINUTES PRIOR TO SCHEDULED TIME, REMOVED THE TREE IN A SAFE AND TIMELY MANNER AND CLEANED UP THE AREA. I AM PLEASED WITH THEIR WORK AND MAY USE THEM IN THE FUTURE.

They always do an excellent job. They are very meticulous. They always give you an estimate before and make the appointment and the come and the clean up is great!

The two Mulberry trees and One of the Mimosa trees are twenty-two year old trees that provide much needed shade to my home in the summer. The other five Mimosa trees are approximately ten year old trees. Mimosa trees are my favorite because they are beautiful in the spring and summer. I wanted qualified tree trimmers and I found Tip Top Arborists on Angies list. I read the reviews by other customers and made my decision to try Tip Top. I am very pleased with the work, the crew was right on time, the lead crew member listened to my concerns regarding the trimming of the trees, great clean up. I will use Tip Top Arborists again this coming summer.

Tip Top came out and walked the property with me. Went over what needed to be done and why. Extremely fair pricing. They came out as scheduled and did a great job. The trees look great.. Will be having them come again to do more work on other trees on our property.

I have been using them every year for the past fifteen years. I would usually get them here before spring so that I would not direct the few trees that blossom. They would not go out of the yellow valley where they are about 500,000 people and hence, I have not been able to get them to my house in the West Hills. They were highly recommended by the city of Lancaster where I lived as they worked for the city. They were very professional and that was all that they did. They were great. Everything has been good. I would absolutely continue to use their services in the future.

Arrived on time, checked in with me. Went over the job and did it. Explained during the job what they were doing and cleaned up after very well.

Painless. Tip Top has the best equipment and people. They came in on time and finished within hours. They cleaned up the site and did not drag the procedure out. We were pleased that they were considerate enough to finish quickly. Our access to the business was kept open and noise was held to a minimum because they work fast.

They came out; thinned it out, shaded it, and balanced it. Now the tree is the pride of our property.

They could leap tall buildings!!! They were amazing, supportive and educating, punctual, they complemented each other and worked well together. They were very competent, cleaned up very well and we recommend them very highly. They are super. They're all certified arborists. They also have a great website. They're just an all around good guys and a company.

They were extremely fast at taking the trees out, and they left the area clean. Everything was absolutely fine with them. They stuck to their estimate and gave us no problems. I liked the fact that they are certified arborists.

I am impressed with Tip Top Arborists, Inc. and I would have hired the company if I had been located in their service area. However, Tip Top Arborists normally service Santa Clarita Valley, Antelope Valley, and Victor Valley. Jim Lewandowski, President, quickly responded to my E-mail. The price quoted to me was reasonable. The company has two California Contractors Licenses which are current and active [821770 and 399287] and the Better Business Bureau has rated the company AAA. Tip Top Arborists, Inc. offer the two services which I need: the ability to write the necessary report and the ability to give preventative maintenance on my damaged trees.

THEY WERE ON TIME AND THEY DID WHAT THEY CAME HERE TO DO. THEY CLEANED UP WELL. I GAVE THEM A 'C' FOR RESPONSIVENESS BECAUSE THEY CHANGED THE DATE AND MOVED IT UP, BUT IT WASN'T REALLY THEIR FAULT.

WE HAD TO MAKE THE APPOINTMENT THREE WEEKS IN ADVANCE BECAUSE HE WAS SO BOOKED UP. HE IS VERY, VERY BUSY AND DOES A FANTASTIC JOB OR ELSE HE WOULD HAVE BEEN ABLE TO DO IT MUCH MORE QUICKLY. WHEN I CAME HOME THAT DAY, I SAW DAYLIGHT IN AREAS WHERE THERE HASN'T EVER BEEN DAYLIGHT IN MY COURTYARD. IT DID NOT RUIN THE LOOK OF THE TREE AT ALL. THEY DID EXACTLY WHAT WE REQUESTED OF THEM. THEY EARNED THEIR MONEY.

THEY DID EXACTLY WHAT I EXPECTED THEM TO DO. THEY WERE CLEAN. THEY WERE COURTEOUS TO ALL OF THE NEIGHBORS. THEY DID A GOOD JOB WITH THE TREE REMOVAL.
