It was prep work for a listing to be put on the market for sale post a tenant move out. So painting, microwave put in fixtures of door handles face plates, just a checklist of a number of items. It was wonderful working with Mike. He was kind he was polite. He was on time gave an estimate stay to it. It was very detailed when certain things came up certain plumbing issues sent me pictures and gave me descriptive information. Will definitely be working with him again and a very enjoyable experience."

He worked with us to design the final solution (a unique shaped concrete pad with stamp design) which ended up being much less expensive and much more beautiful and functional than the original plan (a wood deck). He went beyond what was asked to make sure he and we would be proud of the result. Allwyn asked great questions, attended to detail, and offered creative changes. We had some challenges with an electrician Allwyn subcontracted. The electrician missed some appointments. Ultimately, the work was completed and the quality was excellent. "Retired Vincent to replace hardwood plank to Deck with one with Trex. Vincent ran into more than what he thought he was going to have to do. During the process we discovered a lot of wood rot on some major beams on the deck. Vincent without complaining about the unexpected work replaced all these beams and did a wonderful job. We now know our deck is safe and have a lot more confidence having friends and family over. We couldn't be happier with the work done. Vincent and his helper we're very friendly and professional."
