Working with Pine Tree Design & Construction, we have been impressed with their level of professionalism, communication, and timeliness. Nicole immediately set up a group chat where she communicated to us every step of the project. We were informed what was happening, when it was happening, who to expect, and next steps. We were able to readily ask questions and always received a quick response (even on weekends). Oren had oversight over every aspect of the project and came to inspect that the work was going as it should. He has good communication skills and made my parents, who are seniors, and myself feel confident in their work as he explained everything and addressed any concerns that came up. More than anything, Nicole & Oren treated my parents & I like family. They were patient and made sure to work with my parents on pricing and really spent time going over contracts and questions. The project was on schedule and finished on time. We appreciate all of their staff as well. We would work with them again if needed. Thank you Nicole & Oren!

We just completed a home remodel with Eran (O) and are thrilled with our new home! We had them not only do our half bath, but install new floors and baseboards downstairs, retile our fireplace, stain a large orange oak banister, install recessed lighting throughout the home then top it all off with a paint job. They were in every room of our home. Any home remodel is going to have some issues along the way, the most important thing to work through these issues is a contractor who really listens to you and advocates on your behalf. We felt that in the end, Erans goal was not only to get the job done in a reasonable time frame, but to also give us the finished product we envisioned.

In over 45 years of owning this house we've brought in several contractors and made many upgrades. Eran (Oren) and Pinetree have given us the best experience of any. Excellent communication and advice, reasonable costs and security that we were in good hands. We especially appreciated Nicole's frequent messages, keeping us all on track!

You can stop getting bids and scrolling through reviews from other contractors - I have already done the research for you! I am a Realtor of over 20 years (and have seen the work of many contractors). We just used Pine Tree to remodel 3 bathrooms and our kitchen after interviewing 4 other companies. We literally could not be happier with the result. Why? 1). Communication - From the bidding process to the final sign-off, the communication was proactive and effective. Nicole (awesome person in office) created a WhatsApp chat with my wife, Eran (contractor) and me so we all knew exactly what was happening on any given day (i.e. who was coming and at what time). If we ever had a question or â design emergencyâ â either Nicole or Eran would answer in minutes (or sooner!). 2). Quality of Work/Workers â Every subcontractor was kind, friendly, respected our property, on-time and worked hard. Pine Tree has been working with some of the subs for 15 years! The guys who did the tile work are true artisans who expertly completed some very complicated patterns. 3). Timeliness â If anything, we held them up! Sometimes the work was done before the time we were quoted and we found ourselves scrambling to pick out tiles, fixtures etc. Eran was great in helping us pick out designs too. Be warned â there are lots of tile choices. It can be overwhelming! 4). Price â Eranâ s quote was comprehensive, clear and right in line with the other bids we received and was certainly reasonable for the quality of the work/workers. The price we were quoted was EXACTLY the price we paid. No â upcharges.â We added a few items as the job progressed and those too were reasonable. Eran and Nicole were truly there with us every step of the way. We also appreciated that Eran (owner/contractor) bid the job himself and not a salesman (which would have increased the price). Eran and his foreman Joseph would also regularly come to check on the work to ensure that it was up to their very high standards. Once again, I could not recommend Pine Tree more highly and would be happy to speak with anyone who is contemplating using Eran for a project.

Pine Tree did an amazing job remodeling two bathrooms for my home. They were professional, friendly, and paid attention to details. Communication was always transparent and clear, and the workers all were highly skilled. We had an excellent experience with the Pine Tree team. Eran spends the extra time on the front end to determine your exact vision and then creates that vision to any exacting detail you like. Eran and his back office team (Nicole, his Mrs!) was always very responsive to the myriad questions and back and forth that come along with a big project like redoing a kitchen. The work his teams did was exemplary and when minor details needed to be fixed or adjusted they came almost immediately and did the job - I can't tell you how important this facet to Pine Tree Design & Construction's attitude was in this aspect - it was stellar. Weekends, holidays, late-night questions - Eran and his team were with us every step of the way and the results are great!

To my delight, the remodel went smoothly. Everyone was professional, nice, pleasant, attentive, and responsive. All of my concerns were addressed and anything that needed to be changed, corrected, or fixed was. That is something I have never experienced with any other contractor in the past! ( I had done six different projects with other contractors and this by far was the best experience. ) It was as stress-free as a remodel can be. I was notified in advance of who will show up and when. The work progressed promptly. Challenging issues were addressed head and the solutions were executed with exceptional workmanship. Everything was addressed and included in the contract so there were no surprises or hidden unexpected added costs. Eran Oren is one of the most patient, calm, attentive, and responsive people I have ever met. I now have a beautiful new bathroom and a patio I enjoy and am happy to show off.

After interviewing several contractors, it was an easy decision to hire Oren, Nicole, and their crew to do the job. Work started on the day it was promised, we were given a daily schedule of what work would be done, who was arriving, and at what time. I am very happy with the primary bathroom remodel Pine Tree Design and Construction completed for me. It was a gut remodel and they guided me through the process of selecting and ordering all the tile for the shower and floors as well as the countertop for the vanity. The cost of the project was fair compared to other contracting companies. Everyone working on the project, from the lead guy to the head electricians and plumbers were extremely thoughtful, skilled and honest. I would definitely work with them again when I'm ready to renovate my kitchen and other bathrooms.

We chose Pine Tree Design and Construction on the advice of a close friend. She gave me references of other friends who used them. I called to hear about their experiences and they all gave glowing reviews. Our laminate floors were ruined when our refrigerator leaked. Eran went the extra mile to bring in many samples of the wood-like porcelain tile that we wanted to use. After choosing our favorite, we went ahead with the project and included a new stacked-stone fireplace. There were a couple of bumps in the road with the materials (not their fault), but Eran made sure that every inch of our flooring was beautiful and perfect. We are so grateful and highly recommend him, his expert crew (shout out to Ricardo, the tile guy) and his company. We will be using them again to remodel our bathroom and any other work we will do in our house. Thanks!

I had 2 bathrooms remodeled and new flooring installed in 5 rooms and 2 hallways. Pine Tree Design & Construction is a pleasure to do business with. Immediately with Aaron, I felt as if I was dealing with a long time friend. Also, Nicole is awesome at scheduling and adjusting times if-when need be.

I had my kitchen remodeled by Pine tree design and construction lately and from the beginning there was a really good connection. I found very nice that Aaron was straight from the beginning. He told me to keep existing wall that I was thinking to remove even thou he could made money of it. The guys always came on time and worked very clean and organized. We had some delay issues but it wasn’t really their fault. Pine tree did a great job in my kitchen and definitely deserves my 5 stars review!
