The person in the kitchen cabinet design area assisted us with creating a kitchen layout using in-stock kitchen cabinets.  The design process was great. We had the design complete and list of cabinets needed on 10/26/2012.  The cabinets were going to be 20% off starting November 1.  We were in a hurry for the cabinets since we were selling the house, but decided to wait until 11/1 to make the actual purchase because the design person set up everything we needed.  He assured us if we came in early 11/1, the cash register would ring up the sales price and we could have them delivered that day.  He was not scheduled to work on 11/1.  I arrived at 7:00 am on 11/1 to pay for the cabinets.  The cash register did not ring up the sales price.  It took AN HOUR AND 1/2 to pay for the cabinets and get the sale price.  Then we were told they never deliver the same day the cabinets are purchased.  The cabinets came the next day.  After they were all unloaded, the driver told us we were short 4 cabinets, but they would be delivered the next day.  I called first thing the next day to find out when the cabinets would be delivered.  I was told they weren't in stock and wouldn't be delivered for some time.  I had to call the store to find out when.  They couldn't fill the complete order until 12/5.  We told the design person our house was going on the market by Thanksgiving and he assured us, since they were in-stock cabinets, it would be no problem.  I spoke to the manager in the kitchen area.  She could not have been less caring.  We purchased the missing cabinets from a different Lowes. The entire process showed a complete lack of professionalism and caring for the customer.

I got a good deal on the purchase and they were able to install the appliance the next day. I liked everything about them.
