"Horrible customer service and the product is only getting worse over time. I have ordered 16 shutters from them over 5 separate orders during the last two years. A recent order late last year came with parts missing and getting replacement parts was a hassle because I had to provide pictures. How do you provide pictures of missing parts? My most recent order arrived without the mounting strips and blocking strips being pre-drilled. I received the screws and screw covers but no holes for them. After multiple back and forth with "Angie" from customer service I was forwarded a poorly spelled response from their supplier stating "usually" they don't pre-drill holes. Usually? All of my other shutters over the last two years were pre-drilled. I was then told it was my fault because this order was a single panel shutter vs all my previous orders being dual shutters and I would have to pay to get replacement strips with pre-drilled holes in them. What does a single vs a dual shutter have to do with whether or not holes are drilled in hanging and blocking strips?"

"DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! STAY AWAY! THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM. They charge by the man-hour and do not do the work. I paid 6 man hours to clean 3 bathroom, the kitchen, and the tile floor. I contacted the number and provided pictures of the floors and showers that clearly were not cleaned. I sent them video of their people leaving 30 minutes early without even checking with us. They even put the trash on my patio for my dogs to rip up! The person who only sends texts from 949-735-7503 did not care at all and refused to make it right. Spread the word and share your true rating. Warn people about this fraudulent company."
