The only problem was getting a receipt. We paid in cash, and Mike said that the office would email a receipt, but all we received was a bill showing full amount owed. I responded with message saying we had paid in cash, but have still not received a receipt!"

Our air conditioner stopped working and he was able to fix it and did some maintenance work on the unit also. He also pointed out that we needed to replace the air filter which services our hvac system, which we were grateful that he did because we had never had it changed out with a new one and it was long overdue.
