"Frank is great. He showed up on time, was very professional and knowledgeable and did an excellent job hanging wallpaper in a very efficient manner. I would highly recommend Frank for your wallpapering needs !"

"They painted our house beautifully. We thought our house would be a challenge because it's a two storied house surrounded by sloping land in some areas; not a problem for them . . . they were amazing!"

"It went very well. They did a great job with prepping. The painters were very helpful through suggestions and were always professional and friendly."

"Since our house is a hillside house with cedar shingles in the Los Gatos hills, it is mainly windows. When the windows were replaced, they were completely replaced and new outside trim was installed. This trim needed to be stained and sealed."

"This artist listened to me carefully and created an artist concept for approval. It was perfect. But she made it even better with the incredible attention to detail, color application and skilled artistry. It is an amazing piece or art that was designed precisely for my home. People are just amazed when they see it!"

"The power wash and clean-up were both very perfunctory. Many garden plants are speckled with paint. That said, the price was very reasonable and the house has been painted. Considering the hasty prep that was done, I only hope the paint job lasts a few years.

"I am very pleased with MDL Painting. Marvin and his crew did an AMAZING job on my interior that I asked what he would charge on my exterior. Both bids are very reasonable and the quality of work is outstanding! I have since recommended him to friends and seen more of his great work."

"We were very pleased with their service and the quality of the paint job.  It still looks great.  We plan on using them again the next time our house needs painting.

"Painting our house with a fireproof coating and topcoat required specific experience, applying the FireFree 88 undercoating to a measured 30 mils wet thickness. We were referred to Jorge Osorio, Four Season Painting, as having done this before. All references were very enthusiastic, and the results bear this out. Despite difficult weather and smoke from the California fires, Jorge and his crew came from quite a distance and were here on time early each day. They all worked diligently until late, and cleaned up completely when they were done for the day. They painted our house, a deck, a detached garage, a large trellis and two outbuildings, gving excellent attention to power washing, masking, choice of paint, applying the four coats, and careful final touchup. Nothing was rushed, and they did not take any shortcuts. When unexpected requirements came up, they cheerfully took them on. Jorge and his crew struck us as capable, experienced, hard-working, honest and cheerful. We would definitely use Four Seasons again, and highly recommend them for any painting of this nature. We are extremely pleased with the final results."

"Jerry has painted the exterior of our 3100 Sq Ft house and has painted the eves of a 1 story rental house in Sunnyvale. In both cases, his pricing was fair. He showed up to do the work when he said he would (he's often early). In both cases, he finished early. His work is very thorough, and he does a great job doing simple touches like exterior patching."
