"The team was very pleasant, clean, organized and timely. We really enjoyed meeting them and having them help us. We love the new shower, its absolutely beautiful and will last for a long time. They did an outstanding job!!! I was really impressed how clean they were. They put tarps down from the entry way all the way to the construction site, and when they left, I didn't have any clean up at all. They knew right away what we wanted and how to achieve it. "I used the Neli service, where the tech connects with you via video chat and then walks you through troubleshooting and repair. I’m pretty handy so this seemed like a route that would work for me. Once we got connected we got right to work and figured out what the issue was and how to repair it. I had to run to hardware store to get the correct tool to make the fix, but Bob, the tech I worked with, left me detailed instructions and with the right tool, I was then able to make the fix and reassemble the range. It works like a charm!!"
