About us
Computer Problem Solvers serves the computer and IT needs of North County homes, businesses, and home offices. Operating since 2008, we are a founding member of the Consortium of Independent Computer Consultants. We offer three forms of service: in-office, on-site, and remote. For our in-office services, clients can drop off their computers at our Encinitas service center during our office hours. In-office services include a free basic diagnostic, usually fixed price services, and typically a one business day turnaround time. With our on-site services, we will come to your home or place of business and provide services on an hourly basis. With our remote services, we are able to connect to your computer over the internet and provide a variety of services quickly. Remote services are charged in 15 minute increments, or hourly increments, whichever is less expensive for the client.
