Description of Work: Great service discovered my electrical issues were caused by the smud power line and basically told me what to do and how to file a claim with smud for their charges. I had them come back and fix another problem when I called. Great, fast customer service. Very honest company which is so refreshing.

Description of Work: Two very professional gentlemen came on time, explained what they were doing, very personable. Took down a a hard wired stove connection and replaced with plug for new stove. Hung chandelier in bedroom and fan in family room

Description of Work: Very professional with no pressure when Charles came to look at replacing box lights in kitchen and two bathrooms. He and his workers did a great job and very reasonable in price. My kitchen and bathrooms look so much better!!

Description of Work: Paid for Big Deal. 2 guys came, actually showed up a little early. We had 3 lights replaced on outside of house (I purchased them before hand), an outlet fixed inside and a chandelier hung in our bedroom (box was already in ceiling and I had already purchased the chandelier). They got everything done in an hour, cleaned up and were on their way! The main guy wore a cowboy hat, can't remember his name but he was wonderful!!

Description of Work: Paid for 4 hours of a professional electrician. Had 1 of 2 that was a licensed or experienced electrician. The 2nd of 2 paid at full price barely knew the tools and had to be tutored to do Everything. Thus, the need for additional hours at full price for 2. Not impressed. Electrician and owner, very accommodating. For what I paid for and 2 Qualified electricians, NO.

Description of Work: Through the initial offer, I asked for two things to be fixed: remove and replace (with their purchased item) an electrical receptacle in a bathroom and upgrade it to a GFI; remove and install an exhaust fan in a bathroom for which I had the exhaust fan. Thereafter, my husband asked that they check and replace (with their purchased item) any of three outside GFI receptacles that we had. Because I had emailed them about my husbands additional request, they had all the necessary parts and materials available to use while they were on site. We knew it would be more than my original purchase/request on Angie's List, but it was worth it since we had put it off for much too long.
