I would not do the $99 special again, especially if 2 electricians showed up. If someone else does this I would suggest they refuse the 2 electricians unless the electricians said they second one was just along for the ride and you still get your 2 hours.

I would hire again, but the only thing that surprised me was that they did not balance the fan as part of the deal.

Charles was very prompt in responding to my request. I told him what I wanted and also a little extra, and he was eager and ready to do the work. Unfortunately, we couldn't make our schedules match, and later I decided I no longer wanted a fan installed. Instead, I talked to him about putting a light on another fan, and that is on hold right now, mainly because of my schedule. So, even though he did not do the original job, he has expressed continuing availability to do the other work I need--I will report again as soon as that work is completed.

It went well from beginning to end. They sent two people to do the work who were professional and personable. They were very patient answering my questions and making suggestions. In fact, installing the programmable thermostat, which was not part of the original service request, required calling the manufacturer, and was handled in a very patient manner.

the electricians installed an electrical outlet above my fireplace to connect my flat screen TV mounted above the fireplace. the guys were fast, efficient and friendly. the whole process took an hour. i would whole-hearted recommend Charles Young Electric to others!

They inspected the existing fan and discovered the fixture would not support a fan. They replaced the fixture and repaired additional electrical problems that we don't now about. They were very professional and explained the additional cost. Would you them again. in a mintue

As usual, Charles and his assistant arrived on time, came prepared with all parts necessary, and installed the fan in an efficient manner. Time was taken to assure that the blades of the fan were in balance. Good work all around!

Only had minimal work to be completed, purchased a deal for electrical services. Will use again for future electric needs.

Excellent. Arrived on time and crew protected kitchen. Removed light box and replaced with cam lights. Very accommodating and willing to add lights as needed. Clean environment after job was completed.Would use again!

It was the first time I had used them. It went very well. They were on time and professional. They came back and were very accommodating when something wasn't to my liking.

Excellent service! Very friendly and professional. He took the time to thorougly answer all my questions about the service and future projects. During the service, he found other electrical problems that I was unaware of and that were not up to code and could have been very hazardous.

The experience was positive and easy.

The two technicians came and spent two hours putting in two new switch boxes. We did have to wait a week and a half as they were busy but their work was good and they were pleasant. We would use them again.

Charles and helper arrived on time, surveyed the kitchen and situation and gave advice on placement of the ceiling lights. Performed in a timely manner and recommended a better switch. He went out and got the correct one (extra charge, but that was OK). Very happy with his work.

Charles responded to my email right way and we agreed upon a time to do the work. He called ahead to let me know he was on his way and arrived at the expected time, with a helper. Together they did the work promptly and to my eye professionally. They cleaned up the sheetrock dust from cutting the new boxes. We are very happy with the deal and their work and would use them again.

Overall he did a great job, was very professional, punctual and did a very neat and clean job.

I knew what I wanted done and had purchased the parts that were needed ahead of time. The transformer was purchased at the suggestion of the electrician whom I had contacted through Angie's List, but the timers I had purchased in anticipation of the service.The two electricians who arrived were very efficient and courteous, and understood exactly what it was I wanted done. They each took one of the tasks and they were finished within a short time. I couldn't have asked for anything to have been done any better!

The crew of 3 arrived very close to "on time" and began work immediately. They dealt with 2 other trades at work and still finished the job and cleaned up afterword. I will be calling Charles for more work. Although his estimate was very good, he did add on (but I did ask for 2 more lights and some extra work). Still very happy on how the project turned out.

Let me begin by saying my house is old (c 1955) and was apparetly built by idiots! No single project here - big or small - goes off without some sort of problem cropping up. So, I called the company and got a prompt response and an appointment set for approximately 4 days later. The gentlemen (there were two of them) showed up on time and set right to work. The old fixtures were removed and the new ones installed in just over an hour and then trouble arose because the switch did not work right. After a goodish bit of sleuthing they discovered that when the two fixtures (which originally were controlled by a single switch) were rewired so that each had its own switch the two had been incorrectly wired. That took a bit of time to work out but they soon set it to rights and even took the time to help us hang a third fixture which required no wiring but did need a ceiling hook. They were finished in the two hours and did not charge me any additional dollars even tho' I got two electricians for two hours instead of the promised one. All in all this was a great experience! They were efficient, friendly, personable and knowlegable and i will certainly call them again when the need arises
