Very impressed with the owner...kind and professional. The two workers sent were nice and honest and worked hard. They were almost an hour late but it was a Monday first thing in the morning and since I work from home, it wasn't that big of a deal. The service and the price more than made up for it and they even noticed another fan over a bed (installed ten years ago) had loose blades that would of come flying off one night,and tightened the blades up for me...I had no idea they were loose! Would definitely use again and highly recommend.

They were prompt. They did everything I asked them to do. They were very confident. They were also tidy. I would call them again; they were very good.

Did not resolve my issue. Their instrument check and my instrument check indicate that the two outlets are not protected as required by code.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. I really didn't like how it went. Four guys came out for a job that required only one. I told them what I needed to have done and they figured they couldn't do one of it because it was gonna take out too much time. So they left and I didn't get everything done that I wanted done and it still cost me the same amount. It kinda turned me off and at the minute he saw the alarm and it was gonna take a little while to run the wire to where he needed it. You can tell he just didn't have the time.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. They helped us out and I would definitely call them again. They did what I wanted them to do and they fulfilled my expectation.

They installed the ceiling and did the wiring for the unit. They did a great job, he was wonderful. Very pleased with our services.

Charles is great to work with. He came over on a very three digit "hot day" to look our new air conditioner to see why it kept blowing the fuse. He told us it was overloaded and needed a separate box or line, he first quoted us $265.00 for the work (a good deal) but when he came out to do the work he was able to add the line and charged us only $100.00 for the work! Who does that now a days he could of charged us the amount he quoted, instead he said he wanted to help my Aunt Mary (who's on a very small fixed income)and lower his price. It's companies like "Charles Young" that make people believe in honesty and integrity in business's that take pride in their work! This man is too good to be true, this isn't the fist time he's help us in a pinch, we didn't ask for a cheaper price I think this man has a big "Heart" (he has a family to support too) and I thank him for all of his hard work, Charles Young and his team very professional are polite hardworking group! I will spread the word to all my family and friends to hire him for any electrical needs. As for me I will continue to hire him for all my electrical work, we need to keep him around!!!

The men who came out to do the installation were very friendly and helpful. The were able to run wires and install the ceiling fans very quickly. The were knowledgable and very considerate. They placed dropclothes to protect the surrounding areas andcleaned up after themselves. They did a great job and completely transformed the rooms with the fans and their lights. Would definitely use them again.

Had purchased coupon for replacement fan, but this was a new one. I provided fan and new box for ceiling fan. Contractor charged an extra $75 (agreed upon beforehand) to install new box and fan. Work was quick efficient and on-time.

Although I thought the replacement breaker was a little pricey, I found the 2 man team to be timely, professional, efficient and friendly. I wouldn't hesitate to call this company again.

They were unable to repair ceiling fans and lights, so we are still have having problems with them.

It went well. The company sent two of their workers out within 2-4 hours after I ordered the service. I was lucky that someone who lives in my area had cancelled an appointment . I was extremely happy with the service. I would use the company again.

Clean and professional. Boss gave good advice in terms of placing, was open enough to listen to suggestions from those working for him so I had the benefit of team advice. Good, high quality material.

Repair was completed, but 2 men were sent so the cost was more than expected because each man was billed at $87.50 per hour.

Just to be on the safe side, since we previously had entered a complaint, I would make it my job to get in writing, a quote on the work, what it entailed, and exactly what it would cost. Our complaint has been resolved satisfactorily and we would use their service again.
