We had a new service started on a monthly basis. To catch up the property was $200 and then a monthly charge. Felix does an excellent job with the service. Pricing is a little on the higher side for me, but it works for us so far. It has been two months now.
Great experience. I called after 5 and left a message and within an hour received a returned call. We were able to set up service terms and had the house serviced 24 hours later.
