The techincian arrived on the day and time arranged with the Eurocare office. He was polite and professional. After 5 or 10 minutes in the house he declared that he knew exactly what was wrong and that the rerair would require two sensors to be ordered and installed. The following week he arrived on time to install the sensors. The following day the problem reappeared and the technician was dispatched again. Once again he arrived on time to test the pressure in the system. The test indicated that some parts needed to be removed , replaced and welded in place. Another week passed and he was dispatched once again to reapair and recharge the coolant system. The issue now seems to have been resolved. It seems to me that the pressure test could have been done during the first visit, avoiding unnecessary cost and time wasted.
Description of Work: Eurocare was assigned by American Home Shield to perform repairs on a Sub Zero refrigerator. The person on the phone and the technician were nice people. Polite, professional and on time. The repair however, required four visits before the issue was resolved.
