Bob is a very conscientious contractor. I particularly liked that he reused as many of the original materials as possible. That helped keep our materials expense very low. He also does his own plumbing and electrical which means less subcontractors. He is also able to complete the job more quickly because of not having to wait for subcontractors to be available. I would recommend him very highly.

The main contractor, Bob Dawes, was busy with another project, and put one of his subs on our job. The sub was able to start immediately. He did a brilliant job and had a solid work ethic, working straight through till the project was completed. Bob is a good guy, and his sub did more than asked for. While installing base-boards, he even framed-out our dog door so it looks like a real door :). We are very pleased.

Bob, was always on time this is a huge factor for me. His bid was competitive, he was very organized and helped me to shop local, while still getting the best price. He had good suggestions for the little issues that come up while working on an old house. My whole family loves the new kitchen. We are planning on having him bid our next project. To top it all off he is a very pleasant person to be around.
