I did dishes and deep cleaned their kitchen, bathroom, and other spaces often. "I paid for a DEEP cleaning of my bedroom, bathroom, and kitchen. I specifically stated that the most important thing to me was the bedroom, that I have 2 pets and wanted all the hair, food crumbs, litter etc. gone and that I wanted it VERY clean. They said okay no problem. 2 of them cleaned the kitchen for an hour and 1 of them cleaned my bedroom and bathroom for an hour and then they left. The kitchen and bathroom aren’t bad, they definitely aren’t deep cleaned, but an average clean. They did not clean the insides or outsides of the fridges, and didn’t clean the insides of the stoves. In the bathroom there was still cobwebs around the light fixtures and in the corners, and the baseboards still had readily visible dirt/dust. What I’m really upset about though is my bedroom, the room I specifically told them I really wanted deep cleaned really well. As far as I can tell they ran a quick vacuum over the rugs and wiped some of the surfaces down and that’s all. There’s still tons of pet hair, pet crumbs, and litter, they didn’t move anything to get the hair and dust behind it, just did a quick vacuum/wipe down. I could’ve done that in half the time and saved a lot of money. I paid them because I wanted it to be professionally cleaned and I was greatly disappointed."
