Dominguez was reasonably priced, promptly met my requested short notice inspection date, was very courteous both during initial negotiations and during face to face interchanges and questions, was very thorough in inspecting all areas and items including furnace operations, plumbing functions, electrical wiring and safety, structural visuals, appliance operations. He report was very comprehensive with photo back ups of identified problem areas and deficiencies with remedial actions required. They use digital reporting, email delivery and internet access to stored reports for easy and immediate review. Dominguez shared his views in real time, pointed out specific items while doing the inspection which made me feel I was part of the inspection team itself.
