Dave Stevenson bid a job to replace fences on both sides of my home but since the fences were solid except for rotted 4 x4s, he offered a less expensive option that involved adding steel poles at each bad 4x4. I took that option, saved 85% over replacing the fences. Additionally, he showed up on time, his work was high quality, and I was completely satisfied. My fences are as solid as new and should last many more years.

Dave has been very helpful in providing knowledge to me on my exterior remodel project. He always answers the phone or calls back. He has been very helpful in explaining different construction materials and practices to assist me with my project. Glad I found Stevenson Construction.

Dave had several ideas on how to repair the wood rot on the siding, also took the time to look around the house and found damage to the corbles, repaired and/or replaced 7 of 11.

Nice man who was patience allow me to prep prior to him installing the siding and trim work. He was on time and was ready to complete the work. He installed siding and trim in areas with dry rot. Definitely would use him again.

This is the fourth time that I have called Mr. Stevenson to help me with a home repair. The first time we contacted him to assist with a sliding glass door, he was unable to help but referred me to a helpful professional in the area. The second time I was having trouble with door locks. He fixed them quickly for a fair price. The third time I called was to reconfigure the cabinet above my new refrigerator. He was unable to help me because of prior commitments however he did recommend someone who did help me. This last time I needed 3 faucets fixed in my bathrooms. He did this without a problem and no faucet was the same so he had to use some thought in doing it. I have been very pleased with his work and I would not hesitate to call him again when I need a home repair done. He is thorough, trustworthy, and responsible. December 21, 2017 Once again Mr. Stevenson rescued me on an emergency. My dining room chandelier would not turn on. Mr. Stevenson decided the switch was worn out and needed to be changed and this was two days before my family was to celebrate our Christmas. He also fixed a board on the side of the fireplace on he outside of my house. He fixed both of my problems with a smile. Thank you Dave!!! His price was quite reasonable.

Dave Stevenson is professional, skilled, fair and honest. He was very creative in solving my bird nesting crisis in the front of my home. He installed custom trim to close the gap left by the original builder. I will most definitely call him again for future projects and would highly recommend him to others. He is a great guy!

Dave and his team were excellent from the first phone contact through to the finished project. The ramp was taken from one location to a new location for install. This ramp was designed and built for the original location. Dave and his team worked tirelessly until the ramp was installed, safely usable and looked professional. He had to customize a few things for the installation to work. The project is complete and I am beyond pleased with the outcome. Very Professional team and Professional Installation. WOW! Dave Stevenson is friendly and reasonable with his labor charges. He is meticulous with the quality of his work. I bought my house new. After so many years have passed, an area of the exterior wood siding had dry rot. The finished product was superior to the builders original construction. The work I needed done was not within my experience as a DIY type. He was more than happy to share his expertise and explain why certain things needed to be done. I have already recommended him to a friend.

Mr. Stevenson was timely, very clean and willing to go above and beyond to make sure the job was done correctly. I would recommend him to my family, friends and/or anyone else that asked. I could not of found a better contractor to complete the work I requested, which was replacing the wood trim on the top of the fireplace, replacing trim around a bay window, correcting the door trim on an outside door from the garage, along with painting it all. Because of his work, I was able to secure my asking price on my home.
