PRECISION PLASTICS

We could not be happier with the job done by John Flores of Precision Plastics, and all the subcontractors he used to complete the project. The bid he initially provided us was clear and easy to understand. There were no extra costs unless we decided to add anything on to the project, which was very little. We appreciated the straightforwardness of not only the bid, but the job schedule. Every appointment throughout this few week process was kept, and workers were on time, pleasant, and their work was fantastic. The end result is exactly what we were hoping for. We give our highest recommendation to John Flores and Precision Plastics.

They did a great job...they were punctual, did quality work and were very friendly!

Precision Plastics templated, fabricated and installed Caesarstone quartz countertops. Their quality and attention to detail were excellent. They were able to recognize that our countertop design had some issues that would jeopardize the structural stability of the countertop and had our cabinetmaker make changes to the design. They interacted primarily with our contractor so I cannot comment on their punctuality but we were very pleased with the final result.

They were excellent. They were prompt and courteous. They showed up when they were supposed to. They did great work. I was very happy with them. They were great.

On July 9, 2013 John Flores came out to give us an estimate on replacing our counter top. I was looking for someone that can help with the entire project (Demo, counter install, plumbing/electrical hook up and tiling) and John was able to give me a quote for all of it. My first question to him was from start to finish how long will the project take. His response was...Saturday we will do the demo, Wednesday we will install the granite, Thursday we will install the tile and Friday we will connect the plumbing and electrical. My second question to him was when could you start. I was shocked when he told me he had an opening on July 20th...but insisted before he starts demoing that I have all my supplies before. We had less than 2 weeks to buy a new stove, tile, faucet and range hood so we took a deep breath and scheduled the job.
I could not have had a more wonderful experience. John helped coordinated our tile purchase with Creative tile and even got us a great deal on the pricing. Saturday came and his crew showed up at 10:30 am to do the demo...they were in and out in less than 1 1/2 hours. They were so thoughtful about making sure they left the house as clean as when they arrived and they helped coordinate a tax deductible pickup for what they tore out. About 10 minutes before they were done demoing the guy came to measure the template for the new counter so once they were done he was ready to do his part. On Tuesday afternoon I received a call from Precision Plastic to confirm my appointment for install on Wednesday at 800. On Wednesday morning 2 gentlemen showed up to do the install which took about 5 hours. Later that afternoon I received a call from Precision Plastic to confirm my appointment for the tile install on Thursday morning at 800. On Thursday morning 2 gentlemen showed up to do the tile install. Later that morning i contacted John to see what time they would be over on Friday to do the plumbing and electrical connection and I was shocked when John said he had time to do it that evening. By Thursday evening my entire Kitchen remodel was done...from start to finish 1 day ahead of schedule.
Precision Plastics promised me a timeline and they delivered. All the workers were polite and extremely careful with their work and cleanup. I would most definitely recommend and use them again. I was not only pleased with the granite (which is what they do) but also the demo, plumbing/electrical and tile work. It was such a treat to have 1 person coordinate all the work and workers and not have to do or worry about anything.

They were very professional in every detail of the job. All the way from the measuring of the kitchen to the installation. The whole job was completed in two days.

THE GENTLEMEN GAVE MY KITCHEN A WHOLE NEW LOOK IN JUST A FEW DAYS. THE KOREAN COUNTERTOPS LOOK FABULOUS. THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL. THEY WERE PUNCTUAL AS WELL. I WOULD USE THEM AGAIN IN A HEARTBEAT.

THEY BENT OVER BACKWARDS TO GET IT INSTALLED ON A HOLIDAY WEEKEND. THEY HAD IT INSTALLED WITHIN THE TIME LIMIT THAT THEY GAVE. THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL.
