Markus arrived at the appointed time, introduced himself well & was very patient in resolving my printer problem, even it took him hours. He even kind enough to talk to the representative of HP that the printer is not working right, so HP agreed to send me a replacement. Not only he worked on the printer but also on my computer software.. ( malware issues,etc.) very knowledgeable. would highly recommend this company....... Thanx Markus
