After researching online how difficult it is to install carpet well, I decided to source a professional. I submit a request for quote online at around 7PM on a Saturday evening, and Jody reached out to me within minutes to schedule an appointment next-day on Sunday at 10am. The install crew was incredibly punctual - I received a knock at my door at exactly the 10am start time. They had the carpet padding installed in less than 30 minutes. We discovered during carpet installation that the carpet I received from Home Depot was not cut to proper length (turned out to be a mixture of a factory defect roll and bad consulting) so I discussed options with Potteiger. They were able to source a higher quality carpet for a comparable price. Incredibly, they were out the next day on Monday morning with the new better carpet and finished the install promptly. I highly recommend"
