"We are a restaurant. Our hood is old and showed signs of wear and tear. We had the seams welded and a grease cup installed. Vincent is excellent and the job he performed was perfection. Our hood is now in great shape and good for another 20 years. He also welded our broken fry baskets and they are now functional. He is a true professional and his work is outstanding.
