"I have used Josh's services in the past for electrical issues, doors that weren't hung correctly and needed to be shaved down, cleaning of my HVAC unit coils. I haven't found anything that Josh can't do, and he is SO thorough. He is our "go to guy" for anything that comes up. In fact, I have a list of "Josh to do" items that we will be doing over time. He has a great work ethic, and is super nice.
