The service provider was to eliminate the stains on the roof caused by leaks from the solar panel system. They spent maybe an hour or two with an individual on the roof, scrubbing with chemicals. When they left the roof looked like the stains had been removed. The provider was paid $525 at the completion of the work. However, the next day all of the stains returned just as they were, without any reduction/removal of the stains. The provider had told me they had done this work on other customers roofs. I had the provider bring documents to prove Workmen s Comp. insurance. I have tried to reach this vendor since March 15 with dozens of phone messages and texts with no response at all
