"I discovered petpee.com when I was searching online for ways to remove the urine odor from our 10’ x 14’ Karastan wool oriental rug. I had planned to clean the rug myself, but I was intrigued by the videos I saw on YouTube of petpee.com’s owner, Meir Martin, demonstrating how he cleans rugs like mine. I searched for petpee.com reviews and was blown away by the number of glowing reviews that had been written by satisfied customers. I knew then and there that I wanted to turn my rug over rug to Mr. Martin to finally get rid of the urine odor that had been building up for over 10 years. I called him and got a quote of $1079, which included shipping both ways, cleaning the rug, and a guarantee that I would not be able to detect any urine odor when my rug was returned to me. After getting over the sticker shock, my husband gave me the green light to send the rug to petpeepee.com. I think he was more interested in getting rid of my constant complaints about the urine odor than the actual odor itself! Mr. Martin walked us through how to pack up our rug for shipping via UPS, having us send him pictures to make sure we had prepared it properly. Even though we followed his instructions, I received an email from UPS 5 days later that my rug had been lost. I contacted the number and provided pictures of the floors and showers that clearly were not cleaned. I sent them video of their people leaving 30 minutes early without even checking with us. They even put the trash on my patio for my dogs to rip up! The person who only sends texts from 949-735-7503 did not care at all and refused to make it right. Spread the word and share your true rating. Warn people about this fraudulent company."

We been active in involved in the Dry Cleaning Industry in Southern California since 1977. Ken also attended "The Sam Gerber's School of Dry Cleaning" in Los Angeles and obtained his Plant Operator Dry Cleaning License" from the State of California in 1986.

"Ken and his wife were so professional. One set of drapes had the black-out liner and Ken advised right away the liner fabric may not survive the cleaning and we discussed my options. Since I need a thermal more than a black-out for that room, he said I could replace that fabric with a better one if needed. I ultimately did need the new material and was very pleased with the results! His suggestion was better than the fabric previously on the drape. All the draperies look fabulous and really brightened up after the cleaning. I will use them again in 2 years. Dust is the enemy in my home and takes a toll on fabric."
