"First let me say Thank you. My bathroom came out perfect. I replaced the 22 year old tub/shower to a shower, toilet, vanity, light fixtures, removed the medicine cabinet and making it a wall. I also had water damage to a wall that they repaired. I chose to buy my own parts, light fixtures, paint, shower, toilet, vanity, and flooring. They worked with me on what parts, size, and dimensions I would need. There was never a lack of communication either through phone call or text. Very easy to get a hold of and if I left a message a return call or text was quickly returned. They listened to what I wanted and stayed within my budget. The job was completed in the time they told me it would take, which I felt was timely. Everyone was very nice, friendly and respectful. They were upfront about everything, what I was quoted was on target, and no surprises at the end when it came time to pay. This was my first time having a remodel done and I got what I asked for. They must post their own positive reviews. They took my $65.00 fee and did nothing"

To do this, you’ll need to pour a thin layer of concrete over the existing pool deck, which you can customize by stamping or painting. A stamped concrete overlay provides additional traction on a pool deck that can help minimize the risk of people slipping and falling.

The best paint for an older deck depends on the material and whether or not your deck already has a coat of paint. Generally, if your deck already has paint on it, you should choose the same type of paint when repainting the deck. For example, if an old deck has oil-based paint on it, stick with oil; if your deck has water-based paint, choose water-based paint. 

You should wait three to six months after you buy it to paint pressure-treated wood. It needs time to dry from the chemicals applied to it. The paint will not adhere to the treated wood as well if it’s still wet from chemicals. To test the wooden boards, drip water onto them. If the wood absorbs the water, it’s ready for painting. If the water beads up, it’s not dry enough to paint yet. You can build your deck or fence while the treated wood is still wet, but you’ll need to paint it later.

Provided conditions are ideal, staining an entire deck should take as little as a couple of hours and up to a couple of days to apply and cure. Additional procedures, like sealing a deck or using additional treatments, may extend the project by a few additional days.
